Urgent: Parts Advisor

WorkStaff 360 is hiring a skilled and motivated Parts Advisor (Virtual Assistant) to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sourcing, quotations, and customer coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source automotive parts based on client or technician requests.
• Communicate with suppliers for pricing and availability.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and manage parts inventory records.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 1–2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Coordinator, or similar automotive role.
