Urgent: Production Planner (Precision Machining/Aerospace)

What You'll Do Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand, machine capacity, and material availability Coordinate closely with procurement to ensure timely supply of raw materials and precision components Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and adjust plans to meet tight delivery timelines Work closely with machining, assembly, and QA teams to ensure smooth production flow Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, and resources in a high-mix, low-volume environment Expedite and prioritize work orders, including urgent and high-value customer requirements Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, delays, and shopfloor disruptions Ensure proper routing, documentation, and traceability for aerospace and semiconductor parts Track production performance and ensure alignment with quality and delivery targets Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for planning and reporting Support demand forecasting and capacity planning in collaboration with sales and op...
