Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain good clients relationship with existing customer base
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify new markets to improve overall sales
  • Manage a portfolio of key regional accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving client satisfaction
  • Identify and capitalise on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to grow revenue streams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and product development
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities and client needs to inform business decisions
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to management
