Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with a real estate personal brand
• Manage posting calendars across multiple platforms
• Edit and publish short-form and long-form video content
• Write engaging captions and calls-to-action
• Track analytics and optimize for growth, engagement, and lead generation
• Coordinate with the agent on content ideas, filming schedules, and campaigns

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing social media for a real estate professional or brokerage
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Experience with short-form video and personal brand growth strategies
• Skilled in content strategy, hooks, captions, CTAs, and performance tracking
• Ability to repurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips
