CPL healthcare UK are urgently looking for an Stroke Consultant to start ASAP for 3 months initially with a view to extend further for a client of ours based in Wales
Job detail:
The ward work is to attend daily Board Round, then doing daily consultant ward round with juniors to see stroke patients. All new patients , acute stroke patients and sick patients must need a consultant ward round daily. The stable rehab patients must need a consultant ward round every 4 days. Other ward work will include authorising electronic discharge summaries and attending stroke MDT
10 session plan Acute Stroke/ rehab Ward cover, including 1 session Weds PM for SPA, 2 half sessions for clinical admin. All time during these sessions would be undertaken on site including admin and SPA. No on-call. TIA clinic not as yet required but may be in the future.
