URGENT: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and applicant masterlists
• Engage with candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Screen applicant profiles and support verification processes
• Manage applicant emails and database tracking
• Maintain KPIs related to sourcing, interviews, and hires
• Re-engage past candidates for future opportunities
• Contribute to sourcing strategy improvements
• Submit daily activity reports and support documentation tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or applicant screening
• Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and social media recruitment
