CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS OFFICER – JOB QUALIFICATIONS

WORK FROM HOME

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday (5AM to 3PM)

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

Work Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in credit and collections, accounts receivable, or related finance roles.
• Experience in handling client accounts, billing, and payment follow-ups is an advantage.
• VA EXPERIENCE, COLLECTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ADVANTAGE

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, collection procedures, and aging analysis.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
