General Urologist to join the growing urology practice. The potential physician will be joining a group of 2 Urologists, one uro/gyn, and 5 APP’s. 
PRACTICE
Base Salary of $500,000 for years then move to a productive model in year three
Signing Bonus of $50,000
Student Loan Repayment of $100,000
Relocation of $10,000
Unique Joint venture ownership available in outpatient surgery center
