                    LOCUM Urologist  : North, IndianaJob Summary Position: Urology
Start Date: 08/25/2025
End Date: 11/24/2025
Duration of Assignment: 91 days
Care Setting: Clinic and Call coverage
Shift Details: Clinic 7 am - 5 pm daily, Night call 5 pm - 7 amKey Requirements Licensure: Indiana license required at submission
Required Qualifications: BC or BE within 5 years of residency
Certifications: ACLS required
