Compensation Details
• Year one and two: Higher of $/wRVU compensation plan or guarantee of $540,000
• Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 10%
• Participate in call rotation at $1,350 per shift
• 50K signing bonus
• Up to 15K relocation assistance
• 7K annual CME allowance
