Job Description

                    Handle end-to-end US bookkeeping  for multiple clients 
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable  processes. 
Perform Bank, Credit Card & Loan Reconciliations . 
Process and manage US Payroll  (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) 
Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax returns . 
Maintain General Ledger and perform journal entries. 
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End financial statements . 
Assist in Finalization of Accounts . 
Coordinate with US clients for accounting queries and documentation. 
Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations. 
Work on accounting software like QuickBooks (Online/Desktop), Xero
