US Accounting Staff

The Practice Management Staff Accountant, under general supervision, is responsible for full cycle accounting, payroll and bill payments.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain general accounting and detailed cost determination.
• Coordinate and/or processing of general accounting, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and cash functions.
• Electronically reconcile bank accounts and daily cash balances.
• Provide necessary information to outside accounting firm that prepares quarterly and yearly reports and tax filings.
• Budget preparation, review and analyze financial statements and general ledger.
• Cash forecasts, financial forecasts and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and financial presentations for clients.
• Prepare statistical analysis as necessary.
• Proactively identify and resolve accounting and client issues.
• Fill out government forms such as census, payroll forms, etc...
