Job Summary

The
U.S. Benefits Analyst - Leave Administration
supports the administration of U.S. employee leave, accommodation, and retirement programs for
Highspring
. This role has primary responsibility for
Leave of Absence administration using Prudential
and works closely with
U.S. Payroll in UKG
to ensure accurate pay, benefit deductions, and employment status updates.

This position is based in the
Philippines
and aligned to
U.S. business hours
.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer U.S. leave programs, including
  FMLA, ADA-related leaves, state Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML), military, and company-sponsored leaves
• Manage leave cases in
  Prudential
