What You'll Do

• Keep books accurate, updated, and fully reconciled
• Maintain clean financial records and documentation
• Handle AR/AP, expense categorization, and cash flow updates
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Support compliance, tax prep, and internal reporting
• Assist with admin tasks, calendar management, and process setup

What Great Looks Like

• Books reconciled by the 5th of each month
• Financial reports delivered by the 7th
• Zero backlog, zero unexplained variances
• Strong communication and consistent follow-through
