Job Description:
We’re seeking a hands‐on Wi‐Fi Operations Engineer to support large‐scale wireless, authentication, and routing environments. You’ll lead real‐time break/fix in live production, evolve automation with Ansible and Python, and partner across Ops, NOC, and Engineering to keep Wi‐Fi services highly available and resilient.


Key Responsibilities:
• Perform break/fix troubleshooting across Wi‐Fi core and AAA environments in live production.
• Support AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) services hosted on Linux, including authentication flow triage.
• Troubleshoot routing/switching (Layers –), DNS, DHCP, and IPv; analyze live packet flows.
