Job Description:
Summary: This role supports NA (US and Canada) go-to-market activities, working closely with the GTM lead to ensure the platform is ready to support new features and adapt to future customer needs. The support role executes tasks, maintains documentation, and ensures smooth day to day operations. This role will help troubleshoot issues, manage follow ups, and contribute to process improvements to help ensure the successful product delivery in the Go-to-Market phase.
