Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior US GAAP Accountant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to support day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and tax-related activities. The role involves working in a US accounting environment using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Key Responsibilities

+ Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks

+ Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger

+ Perform bank and account reconciliations

+ Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

+ Assist in month-end close activities

+ Support tax-related work (basic US taxation, sales tax, documentation)
