US Growth Markets Talent Enablement Specialist

The opportunity
As a US Growth Markets Talent Enablement Specialist, Supervising Associate, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Hub-related Talent projects and programs. You'll be a key member of the Business Talent enablement team reporting to the Growth Markets Talent Operations Leader. You'll support or manage strategic programs unique to Growth Markets Talent, while also driving applicable COE priorities and programs consistently across US locations. You'll consult and collaborate regularly with Hub Talent Enablement Leaders, Business Talent enablement team members, and COE program leaders, with the aim of providing consistent, complementary, non-duplicative culture, connectivity, and crisis management solutions across US Geo Hubs.
