Join our growing #SOSciety as one of our US Healthcare Representatives supporting our US-based healthcare providers and clinics.

What You'll Do:

• Support US healthcare providers and clinics
• Handle interactions and general correspondence efficiently
• Perform tasks aligned with the specific requirements and protocols of our US-based clientele (HIPAA)

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in the BPO industry
• Prior experience in healthcare is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Availability to work within the business hours of our US-based clients
