Overview:We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented remote assistant to support our HVAC shop drawing department. This is a long-term remote position. The candidate should have prior HVAC experience, we will provide full training, but must be organized, technically inclined, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with updating HVAC shop drawings based on redlines and comments
• Organize and manage drawing files and revisions
• Help prepare shop drawings and submittal packages
• Track revisions, comments, and document status
• Communicate with internal team members
• Revit and AutoCAD experience
• Must have 3+ Years of US HVAC experience
