US Personal Lines Insurance Virtual Assistant
. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in US insurance processes, proficient in quoting and policy documentation, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agency Management System (QQCatalyst)

2. Daily use of
   QQCatalyst

3. Processing and managing:
4. ACORD forms
5. Receipts and invoices
6. Certificates of Insurance (COI)
7. Evidence of Insurance (EOI)
8. Master COI and Master EOI documentation

9. Maintaining accurate and updated client records

10. Quoting & Carrier Portals

    Personal Lines
    (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.)
