Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires working during US business hours (Night Shift IST).
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles
- Must have hands-on expertise in W2 or C2 C sourcing and recruitment
- Familiarity with various job boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked In etc.)
- Ability to work in night shifts aligning with US time zones
- Good communication and negotiation skills
