Job Description

 Job description:  Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.  
 Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.  
 Responsible for handling different types of IT/ Non-IT requirements.  
 Assist in sourcing candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc for complex requirements.  
 Should be good at headhunting and sourcing Pharma/IT profiles through LinkedIn and other Job portals.  
 Screen candidates resumes and job applications.  
 Arranging interviews and follow-up.  
 Act as a single point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.  
  Requirements:   
 Any bachelor's or master's Degree.  
 Required to Year experience in Staffing industry. Willing to work in Nightshifts
