US IT Recruiter

- Experience with US staffing would be preferred.

- Comfortable working on Corp 2 Corp, W2 , Full time requirements.

- Good experience with US Tax Terms

- Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc).

- Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards.

- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.

- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or maintenance of Requirement Logs in spreadsheets is highly desired.
