Position : US IT Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 4-6 years
Location: Cyber Towers, Hitech City, Hyderabad (Onsite).
Shift: Night Shift
Timings: 7 pm to 4 am IST
Roles and responsibilities:
• Recruiting top talent for our clients.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle.
• Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.
• Analyzing Searching, Calling, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements from different sources like job portals, references, networking sites etc.
• Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Familiar with different US Tax terms, Familiarity with USA tax terms like Corp-Corp ( C2 C ), W2, 1099
