About the Role

We are hiring a performance-driven Engineering Recruiter (US Staffing) with proven experience in hiring for the US market. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to engineering domains such as Automotive, Aerospace, or Manufacturing and should be comfortable working onsite from Day 1 in Jayanagar, Bengaluru .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle for Engineering requirements.
• Source candidates primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter (hands-on experience preferred).
• Work on roles including Mechanical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Aerospace Engineer, Embedded Engineer, Design Engineer, etc.
• Utilize job portals like Dice, indeed, Monster along with networking strategies.
• Conduct technical pre-screening and qualification calls.
