We are looking for a

dynamic and result-driven US IT Recruiter

to join our growing team.

Night Shift

Timings:

7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
Location:

Cyber Towers, Hitech City, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience:

2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals
Screen profiles, submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and close positions
Work on US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
Recruit US Citizens & Green Card holders
Good understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, EAD, L1/L2, GC, TN)
Requirements:
Strong headhunting & Boolean search expertise
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
