We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team.

🕒 Shift: Night Shift

⏰ Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

📍 Location: Cyber Towers, Hitech City, Hyderabad (Onsite)

💼 Experience: 2–4 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals
• Screen profiles, submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and close positions
• Work on US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
• Recruit US Citizens & Green Card holders
• Good understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, EAD, L1/L2, GC, TN)

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong headhunting & Boolean search expertise
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
