Key Responsibilities:
US LLC registration
EIN and legal documentation preparation
Handle US business taxation
Federal & State tax filing (Annual & Periodic)
Ensure IRS compliance and deadlines
Guide clients on US tax obligations
Requirements:
Proven experience in US LLC formation
Strong knowledge of US taxation & IRS filings
