Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan applications, prepare loan files for underwriting, and communicate with loan officers throughout the loan approval process. Must be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and enjoy working with people

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mortgage processing is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in data encoding and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can work on-site in our office here in Ortigas, 7AM-4PM, Monday to Friday schedule. But also open to...
