to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring
W2-only candidates
and a strong background working with
aerospace, engineering, or industrial clients .
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and submit candidates for
Non-IT & Light Industrial (LI)
roles
Work exclusively on
W2 hiring
(no C2C / 1099)
Prioritize roles for
aerospace and engineering clients
Manage multiple job requisitions with competing priorities
Conduct telephonic/video interviews and assess technical & functional fit
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and internal trackers
