We’re Hiring: Non-IT / Light Industrial (LI) Recruiter – W2 Staffing
Location: Greater Noida (Onsite)
Shift: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST
We are looking for a driven and experienced Non-IT / LI Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring W2-only candidates and a strong background working with aerospace, engineering, or industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and submit candidates for Non-IT & Light Industrial (LI) roles
Work exclusively on W2 hiring (no C2 C / 1099)
Prioritize roles for aerospace and engineering clients
Manage multiple job requisitions with competing priorities
Conduct telephonic/video interviews and assess technical & functional fit
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and internal trackers
