Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for a US Non-QM Underwriter / Senior Loan Processor. The individual in this position will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, verifying financial documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. They will also oversee the loan origination process, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional service to clients and borrowers.
