US Onboarding and Operations Specialist

Flex Employee Services is currently seeking a highly skilled professional for a US Onboarding and Operations Specialist job opportunity that we have. The ideal candidate would report full-time, M-F from 9am-6pm EST.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in US onboarding

• Experience in monitoring team compliance and company processes

• Skilled in advertising and promoting the company on different Social Media platforms (content creation)

• Handling KPIs and scorecards

• Monitoring weekly reports

• Coordinating new hire orientation and training

• Experience working with recruiting and productivity-related tools such as applicant tracking systems, Hubstaff, and timekeeping system.

• Events management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
