US Payroll Specialist

Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced US Payroll Specialist to support accurate and compliant payroll operations for U.S.-based employees. This role is fully remote and will work closely with HR and Finance partners to ensure timely payroll processing, employee data accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Do

Payroll Processing & Compliance

• Process accurate and timely U.S. payroll including regular, off-cycle, and adjustment payrolls

• Support multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Review and validate payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, and leave-related pay

• Maintain accurate payroll and job data across payroll and HR systems
