U.S. Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll for U.S.-based employees, including those covered by collective bargaining agreements (CBA). The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of U.S. federal and state payroll regulations, union payroll processing, and labor compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and administer end-to-end payroll for U.S. employees, including hourly, salaried, and union employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Interpret and apply terms of union contracts to payroll processes, including wage rates, differentials, dues deductions, shift premiums, and other union-related pay items.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), FICA, and tax regulations.
