US Real Estate Acquisition Specialist – On-Site | Full-Time

Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time Acquisitions Closer for a U.S. real estate wholesaling operation. You’ll manage warm leads, qualify sellers, and close deals, including novations and cash offers. This is a high-performance role with real earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Take warm leads from the cold calling team and close them as cash offers or novation deals
• Qualify seller motivation, timeline, and flexibility to determine the right offer strategy
• Run comps independently using PropStream, BatchLeads, or similar tools
• Calculate MAO accurately based on ARV, repair estimates, and deal margins
• Negotiate directly with sellers — handling objections, building rapport, and pushing deals to contract
• Determine whether a deal fits a cash offer or novation structure and execute accordingly
• Follow up persistently on pipeline leads until a decision is reached
