We are urgently in need of a Transactions Coordinator.

A driven, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join a high-performing real estate team that closes 100+ deals a year, led by ICON Agent Wayne Hartard (top 3% of 90,000+ eXp agents).

What You'll Do:

Manage and streamline 150+ transactions, keep clients updated, coordinate inspections/repairs, ensure timely documents, and help deliver smooth closings.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years Real Estate TC Experience
• Excellent English communication
