Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Jr. Recruiter to join our staffing firm. The Jr. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, building relationships with them, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and facilitating offers
