US Recruiter (IT, Engineering, Legal & Healthcare)

Bloom Virtual is a leading provider of offshore business support and outsourcing services which include virtual assistance, offshore recruiting, and sales development - committed to attracting and retaining top talent.

Following new customer acquisition and company growth, we are looking to hire recruiters to work with our customers, who are US-based staffing firms serving multiple industries including IT, Engineering, Legal & Healthcare. You will join a small but growing team working on a hybrid remote basis from the IT Park in Cebu City with successful candidates working late and graveyard shifts to support US regional time zones.

The successful candidate will provide full lifecycle recruitment support from drafting and posting job adverting, sourcing, and qualifying suitable talent, interview, and offer management, through to coordinating successful candidates’ onboarding and early-stage checkups.
