US RPO Recruiter

The US/UK RPO Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment support for US/UK-based clients under a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model. This role partners closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent within agreed SLAs, ensuring compliance with US labor laws and client-specific hiring processes.



Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Sourcing

  •  Manage full-cycle recruitment for US/UK-based roles (sourcing to offer rollout)

  •  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

  •  Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements and client standards

  •  Conduct initial phone/video interviews and shortlist qualified candidates



Client & Stakeholder Management

  •  Collaborate with US/UK hiring managers and RPO program leads
