US Sr. Accountant

**Schedule: 1:00 AM - 10:00 AM PH Time (Tues - Sat)

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will closely manage the company's financial health, prepare and analyze financial statements, payroll, budgets, and more. Oversee all the firm's accounting functions and supervise an off shore accounting team who provide accounting services to our clients. This will include but is not limited to implementation and monitoring of accounting policies and procedures, coaching and mentoring, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:**
Manage all accounting operations including:
A/R and Client Billing
A/P
General Ledger
Payroll
Weekly Cashflow Company budgeting and forecasting

• Manage our offshore internal accounting team to ensure all internal accounting tasks are completed with accuracy and timely.
