Senior Staff Accountant - Onsite/Night Shift

We are hiring a Senior Staff Accountant to own day-to-day accounting and the full monthly close for a SaaS-focused business portfolio. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited for someone who can work independently in a remote setup while partnering closely with U.S.-based Finance and Operations leaders.

What You'll Do

• Manage general bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
• Own the full month-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and prepaids
• Prepare journal entries and maintain clean, accurate general ledgers
• Process Accounts Payable using modern spend and AP tools
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actual reports with clear variance explanations
• Keep books audit-ready and support audits, investor, and due diligence requests
