US State and Local Tax, Manager

Responsibilities

• Support state tax advisory engagements (e.g., nexus analyses, voluntary disclosures, and sales tax analyses) across industries with practical, well‑supported recommendations.
• Support the US State and Local Tax (SALT) team with cross‑border mergers and acquisitions matters, including due diligence, acquisition and divestiture planning, cross‑border financing structures, and post‑merger integrations.
• Address substandard or unsatisfactory work and ensure delivery meets client and firm expectations.
• Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, reporting to senior SALT team members.
