US Tax Associate

Salary: $900-$1500/month

They offer a monthly subscription model covering bookkeeping, business tax, and personal tax services, allowing them to support clients year-round. They are looking for a highly-skilled and reliable Tax Associate to work alongside their tax managers.

Responsibilities:

• Track tax preparation statuses - reviewing client questionnaires, gathering tax documents, reminding clients which tax documents are missing
• Prepare tax returns in UltraTax
• Tax planning support - review what quarterly tax estimates have been sent to the client and paid
• Communicate with clients via email and text
