US Tax Associate

About the role​
As a US Tax Associate, you will support the tax department by ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax documents, maintaining tax records, and assisting with various tax-related tasks. This role is essential in helping Nabis maintain compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. You will work closely with the Tax Manager and other members of the finance team to ensure all tax obligations are met.

What you'll do

• Assist in preparation of the tax provision and estimated tax filings
• Prepare federal and state indirect and informational filings including, but not limited to, gross receipts tax, sales tax, excise tax, 1099, and 8300 filings.
• Maintain and update tax records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in tax records and reports.
• Respond to inquiries from tax authorities and provide necessary documentation.
