US Tax Consultant

• Handles processing/preparation of assigned easy to moderate deals (Note: Deals represent clients)
• Peer review of prepared deals
• Assist TL in resolving/addressing clients' deal-related queries
• Timely update of all Process Trackers (Deal tracker, Issue tracker, etc.)
• Other special tasks/deliverables required by the client

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles as well as Regulatory Requirements
• At least 1-2 years experience in either General Accounting or Taxation (US accounting/tax experience preferred but not required)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel & Google Sheet Skills
• The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to interact with all levels of management
• Willing to work during US business hours
