About the Company: Our client is a growing manufacturer. They are looking for a US Tax Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of the Group’s US income tax provision for financial reporting purposes.
• Compile and review the calculation of the effective US income tax rate.
• Compute and coordinate the remittance of estimated income tax payments and final tax payments at the US federal, state and local levels.
• Coordinate and track relevant data for preparation of US income tax returns.
• Develop quarterly transfer pricing adjustment recommendations to management.
• Assist accountants with management of indirect tax processes on an as needed basis.
• Manage correspondence and interactions with tax authorities, reconciliation of income tax accounts and the reports to management.
