US Tax Preparer Associate

CPA on Fire is a US-based virtual accounting and tax advisory firm working with entrepreneurs and small businesses across the US. We focus on proactive tax planning, accurate bookkeeping, and year-round advisory—not high-volume, seasonal compliance work.

We are looking for a Philippines-based US Tax Preparer Associate with Bookkeeping experience. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working in a virtual setup and understands US tax & accounting workflows, deadlines, and tools—and wants to grow long-term with a high-performing remote team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare US tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)
• Perform and review QuickBooks Online bookkeeping
• Create and analyze Excel reports (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)
• Work collaboratively during US business hours
