US Taxation Senior Partnership

3+ years US Taxation experience is mandatory

Experience preparing and reviewing 1065 forms is mandatory

Must have Experience in any of the below:

Hedge Fund Taxation

Private Equity Taxation ( should have experience on the federal side, M-1,M-2,M-3 / K-1,K-2,K-3)

Funds of Funds Taxation (FOF)

Experience with Venture Capital

Experience working with Financial Services clients is mandatory

Experience with Tax Compliance is mandatory

Should be from consulting, Big 4,CPA firms (we are not open for industry exp)

Should be open to work from office all 5 days

Should be open for 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm shift

Should be flexible on working hours during busy season

Should not be residing too far from the office (max 1 or 1.15 hours travel time one way)
